The site, situated in Aarons Hill, Godalming is a disused garage site that has planning permission for four x 1 bed flats . There was a Public Right of Way running through the centre of the site, and permission has been awarded to relocate the footpath to the left-hand side of the site in order for the flats to be built. The building is to achieve a Net Zero with use of renewables to Waverley District Council Plan.
Works currently underway with design to ensure expiry of planning permission doesn’t expire in March 2022, currently we have a programme that enables us to commence onsite with foundation works mid March 2022.
