ERMINE is a Building Company / Main Contractor established in early 2015 by our founder Darren Peters priding ourselves on delivering a complete managed service to all our clients, specifically set up to deliver the client brief.

What we do
Our core business activities are acting as an award winning building contractor / principal contractor to both private and public clients, carrying out all aspects of building. We are based just outside Cambridge and our normal catchment area is within 50miles from this location, however we have worked outside of this for specific projects and clients.
Residential Builds
We also have a large portfolio which includes residential works for our previous clients. We can help you transform your home into something you’re truly proud of.
Commercial Builds
Whether its your business’ new premises or upgrading the premises you already have, we are experienced in the commercial industry to help you.

We have the team behind us to be able to complete all kinds of projects. From refurbishments, retail, fit outs, education and many more, we’ve got you covered.

ERMINE are keen to offer our expertise and assistance to Pre-Construction & Estimating Departments generating comprehensive, competitive and work winning priced estimates.
Whilst providing this valuable service we would obviously be very keen in also liaising with the Procurement Departments in discussing and hopefully negotiating on secured live projects.
