THE PROJECT
The design and build project replaces derelict garages with nine affordable-rent flats and associated external works.
CONSIDERED CHOICES
The homes use air-source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, high-performance composite windows and enhanced insulation, supporting efficient, gas-free operation.
PROJECT DELIVERY
Materials were moved more than 100 metres after roadside offloading through a restricted four-metre access. Resident protocols protected garages and private routes.
The team coordinated a school-land licence, fire-service access and party-fence matters while maintaining regular communication with neighbours.
